What is the purpose of the concierge program?

Often times, things like credit card, language barriers and associated shipping frustrations deter these types of shoppers from actually converting.

The South Korean market is evolving. Concierge service is now a growing trend, due to the convenience it brings. Malltail & MallRee are two trusted brands in this market.

We will work together to refine the communication of your brand story and positioning in the Korean market. We have a designated team to execute the concierge service, expanding your brand awareness within the professional shopper community while building presence in South Korea.

Objective:  To establish a concierge service for partners  that offers a comprehensive customer service cycle that includes purchase and ship.

Purpose: Concierge service exists due to barriers that some customers experience such as language, payment and shipping.

Concierge Service Overview: Customer will shop through concierge section feature within Malltail app and select their desired product featured.

Concierge team makes the purchase and ships order to Malltail address for international shipping, which then gets forwarded to the customer in South Korea.
