MakeshopNcompany, Inc. (MNC), established in 2007, is the parent company of Malltail.

In 2023, MNC changed its name to Malltail, Inc.

Malltail was founded in 2009, serving both consumers and businesses. Malltail was a game changer in the cross-border industry.

Malltail allows shoppers to shop at their favorite online stores by providing them with an established address they could use as their shipping destinations.

Additionally, Malltail offers quality assurance services on shipped packages.

Malltail provides a parcel forwarding service where packages are received from one party and delivered to our customers’ door. In addition to this basic forwarding service, we provide our users with various services to overcome the shortcomings of international online shopping markets.

In order to use Malltail shipping service, shoppers must register for a Malltail account.

Once registered, shoppers are open to shop anywhere online that allows shipping to a freight forwarder.

Once at the checkout process, they will input one of malltail’s processing centers as the shipping address - along with their unique customer identification number (#K12345).

After they receive an order confirmation number from the merchant, they will log into their Malltail account and report their recent order via shipping form. This includes order details such as products ordered and the confirmation number.

The information then gets transmitted into our Malltail database for the designated processing center to expect the order at the preferred processing center.

Malltail has nine processing centers around the world in countries including United States, Germany, United Kingdom, China, Japan and South Korea.

Upon order arrival, our logistics team members will carefully inspect the package to ensure order accuracy per the customers’ shipping form, and if there are any visible damages, the customer will be contacted before a domestic return request is made.

Domestic returns are made possible per the customers’ request; however, international returns are not common. Most orders become ‘final sale’ due to some merchants not allowing international returns.

Once the package reaches the customers, it is up to the customer to contact the merchant to request for an international return - customers are usually responsible for any return fees that incur, which is why international returns are not common because the customer understands the risks and complications that arise for such returns.

All packages that arrive at Malltail will be shipped out the same day with an expedited shipping time of approximately 3-4 business days upon package arrival. Malltail also handles customs processing and completes the final mile delivery to the customer.
